The Panama Room is located as you enter the house and is the only bedroom on the first floor. You can hear ocean waves from this room. It is newly decorated, has a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and cable tv. Guest can use 4th floor terrace with an amazing view of the ocean and coastline and courtyard on first floor. Close to Rosarito and Puerto Nuevo. The space We have an elegant four story home in a highly desired gated community with a great location. The Panama Room is located on the first floor as you enter our home, and newly decorated. It is the only bedroom on that floor so you have privacy and the beach is a short walk away. You can enjoy the ocean sounds from your room. There is public transportation, UBER and private transportation available. We are close to markets, casual and elegant dining, great seafood, live music, Mexican artisans, shopping and lots more. Guest access The Panama Room is located immediately on the right as you enter the house. It is the only bedroom on the first floor. As you walk out of the first floor, you enter a courtyard, where the two other rooms are. From your bedroom window you will hear the waves. You will have access to the courtyard and 4th floor outdoor terrace that has a spectacular view of the ocean and coastline, area for lounging or catching up with family and friends, mini fridge, BBQ, and restroom for your convenience. You can enjoy the view during the day or see the city lights at night. During your stay We'll be available and happy to help in any way. If we're not home, there is a lock box for the key. Other things to note The home is not handicap accessible. There are stairs and an elevator that can be used to get to 4th floor. There are 2 additional rooms in the courtyard that are separately listed under Encanto del Mar, Casita Blue Room and Encanto del Mar, Aztec Room. These rooms can also be rented to accommodate up to 6 guests.
