Located in a secluded section of the Island Club allotment at the end of the Mariners Cove cul-de-sac, this lake cottage is perfect for couples, families & girls trips. Only 1.5 miles from downtown & Miller Ferry. Allotment has pool. 2 spaces for car parking. 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Fulls, 1 pullout couch, 2 pullout chairs, 1 futon) We provide toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, hand/dish/laundry soap provided. Sheets, pillows & comforters provided. Washer/dryer. No extra guests. The space There is a large smart TV that has the ability for you to log into your amazon, Netflix and other accounts. There is cornhole and a few yard games in shed for guest use. Although you need to bring towels, we have a few emergency spares to use - please place them next to washing machine at check out. There is someone on the island to help if you should need anything during your stay. Please be mindful of the air conditioning guidelines because it’s nearly impossible to get a service person out to the island on the weekend. The Island Club is a great location on the island. Although it is an older allotment on the island and they are all prefabricated homes, my home (and others) offer cute lake charm and a comfortable stay at an affordable rate for the island. Guest access Community Pool, wifi, washer/dryer, grill (grilling tools), full kitchen with basic necessities - pots, pans, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, cups, plates, bowls, silverware and cooking utensils. We have two fans for the bedrooms, iron/ironing board, basic cleaning supplies to clean up any spills or accidents and laundry detergent if you need to wash anything. There is a smart TV with Cable TV. Cornhole is in the shed. Other things to note Please remove trash, wash dishes and remove uneaten food from the refrigerator and make sure home looks like when you arrived. Heavy cleaning is provided. A liability form will be required to be signed prior to stay.
