Guest access Guests have full use of the entire villa and outside spaces. The outside areas include a oceanfront patio with private fresh water pool, a side garden area and a front breakfast garden. There is also assecc to the beach next door (you can swim or kayak there). The villa is very private and secure and located in one of the most prestigious parts of Nassau. Other things to note Key times of day are sunrise and sunset. Sunrise is a fabulous time of day before the heat gets intense and the sun rises over the ocean from the patio. The sun rising over the island is a very special experience. Sunset is a great time for a cocktail. Also, we have just refurbished our loft bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Please, no smoking.
