The newly renovated first floor, with its two bedrooms, full bath and kitchen, can be closed off as a separate space to fit your needs. With seven sleeping spaces and three and a half bathrooms, this modern, updated property comfortably sleeps 13 people. With ocean views, an enclosed outdoor shower and air conditioning, this property has everything you need for an exceptional vacation. The first floor can be rented separately for a nine month term, September to May, at $2000 monthly which includes all utilities. The second and third floors, encompassing five bedrooms and two living rooms and 2.5 baths, sleeping 9, can also be rented in the shoulder seasons with a three night minimum. A linen package is included with the rental, this included commercially laundered linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, bath mat and kitchen towels. Please note that linens are rented on a weekly basis and multiple week rentals will incur additional costs. Beach towels are not included, tenants will need to bring their own.
