Guest access Guests that stay at the Island have the opportunity to access almost every part of the property. The only place that will not have access will be the 2 car garage. Other things to note Absolutely NO FIREWORKS PERMITTED on property!!! Bring your boat and launch it at either public launch sites near the island property. There is a bridge that crosses over the Main Channel near the Syracuse Lake Public Access that is low to the water that limits certain boats from getting under it. Syracuse lake access accommodates ski boats, runabout boats, and wake boarding boats. Lake Wawasee Public access accommodates every type of boat with no bridges to go under.
