There is plenty of room for family and friends to gather in the cozy great room with vaulted ceiling and access to the screened porch. Ample windows throughout the home bring the outdoors in and provide wonderful natural lighting. The dining area adjacent to the great room has seating for 8 and is perfect for sharing meals and playing games. The large great room has plenty of seating for everyone. You'll love the fabulous beach vibe throughout this newly updated home. The open eat in kitchen is updated and fully stocked with seating for 4 at the counter stools. A large picture window ensures that even the chef has a gorgeous view. The kitchen and 1st floor primary bedroom have access to the sun room which is such a happy place to begin and end your day. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the sunroom for added sleeping accommodation. The large first floor primary suite has a king bed and spacious, updated en suite bath. There is also a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Wander outside to the screened porch with multiple seating areas. Spend the day relaxing and watching the golfers stroll by on the 2nd fairway of Ocean Winds golf course. Step through the porch onto an open deck with additional seating and a propane grill for your barbeque delights. Upstairs you'll find 2 additional bedrooms and full bath. The first one at the top of the stairs features a queen bed with en suite bath and private balcony. Just across the hall the third bedroom has 2 full beds. You're just a quick bike or golf cart ride to the beach areas, Pelicans Nest and Golf Club. Start making your Seabrook Vacation memories here! Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Note: Fireplace is decorative only and not for rental guest operation. SI Business License 2023-0655 Guest access * Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Other things to note For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
