Welcome to modern living in Royal Oak! Our 4 bed/2.5 bath home is ideal for group or family trips. Steps from Dream Cruise and Beaumont hospital Enjoy a custom-bricked patio with a fire pit or our newly renovated bar with friends or family. Our home has three bedrooms and one swing bedroom (Murphy bed so can be a bedroom or private office). We also have two pull-out queen sofa beds. The backyard is fully fenced. This is our family home, so please be respectful to our wonderful neighbors Guest access The entirety of the house and back yard, including the basement bar and patio. The garage and shed are not guest accessible. Other things to note Please indicate any dogs that will be staying in the reservation (there is a pet fee that takes care of additional cleaning and is much cheaper than boarding your pet!). We do have a maximum of 3 dogs (So sorry but no cats). This also provides your pups safety as it allows us to notify our cleaning crew and lawn service. For longer stays, we want to make sure you are aware of times lawn service is coming over so that your doggos stay safe (and our crew!). Patio furniture may not be available during winter months and cold weather.
