Under 5 minutes to golfing, under 15 minutes to wine tasting and beach, 30 minutes to San Luis Obispo and 45 minutes to Solvang. Kitchen has coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, cooktop and sink. Outdoors you can relax in the hammocks or grab some sun on the deck in the afternoon or wake up with the sun and a cup of coffee on the front porch in the morning. Pet-free dwelling The space This is a separate unit from the main house and is located at the rear of the property. Owner lives on site but you have the privacy you need. Guest access Beyond the cottage you have access to parking right at the cottage, the deck to the rear, hammocks at the back of the property and porch in the front. Other things to note We do keep bees and hives are located on the property but bees are here by nature….there is little difference in the activity around the home.
