Bedroom is located on the main floor of home with a nice full bed, dresser, desk, Roku 40" HDTV. Bathroom with bathtub and shower is shared w/owner (master bedroom connects, have a separate exit as well) and the washer and dryer is right next to room. The kitchen area is available for guest use as well. My house is newer for the area, but by no means is a 5 star hotel. The room and bathrooms will be clean, comfy, and quiet, and I will do my best to make you feel at home. The space Comfortable bed, plenty of blankets and space heater in room. I use a woodstove to heat my home. Desk to do any work that needs done. New 40" TV to watch or hookup any gaming or devices too easily. Large mirror in the room as well. Works great to sit down at and do your make up or whatever. I'm really easy going and easy to get along with. Guest access everything is available for guests to use. If in doubt just ask! During your stay Just talk to me! I'm usually around! Other things to note House is about a 10 minute walk to downtown, 20 minute walk to U of I Grocery store, Anytime fitness, Walgreens and gas station right down the road, about 8 blocks. WSU is about a 15 minute drive. 8.5 miles, mostly highway from my home. Very quiet, safe neighborhood located slightly northeast of downtown. Parking available right in front of home, either side of street is fine to park.
