Beach house with a VIEW and perfect for everyone of all ages!!! This beach house is located one block from King Fisher Beach so you can walk to the beach or enjoy the views from the large upper deck with a coffee or glass of wine! Take in the day's sunrise from the deck or an easy walk to the water. The kitchen area features an open concept so dining and living area are all open with a vaulted ceiling creating a great atmosphere for making meals together or playing games in the evenings. The space This house features 4 bedrooms (5 beds and bunk bed for kiddos) and two full bathrooms. Two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and one is a full size. Each bedroom has a TV with WIFI. The upstairs bathroom is a shared bathroom with shower / tub combination. Downstairs contains two full size beds and a set of bunk beds along with a large sofa, TV / DVD player and play area for kids. Downstairs has its own bathroom with a shower. There are towels and beach towels for guest use. Guest access The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking meals while taking in the beach view. The outdoor patio area is equipped with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for relaxing in the evenings. There is a supply of post oak wood and a gas grill for grilling. There are a couple of beach cruiser bicycles in the downstairs storage area along with extra beach chairs and toys for beach time. There is plenty of parking on the property for vehicles and boats. Other things to note There is a locked boat barn on the property to which guests will not have access.
