Tucked in the hills of upstate New York, this private apartment is minutes from Jiminy Peak and the Berkshires as well as a quick commute into the capital region of New York. The space The living room is spacious with a 50 inch tv, two couches and room for an additional cot or air mattress if needed and are available. The bedrooms also have TVs, and all TVs have YouTube television with local stations along with access to Netflix and Prime television through provided wifi. The main bedroom with the queen bed has closet space for small storage and hanging. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full and twin bed, as well as a dresser and small desk. The bathroom was remodeled and modernized with a walk in shower with available choice of rain shower, massage shower head or hand shower. The remodeled modern kitchen has a gas oven, large refrigerator, stove and microwave. Other appliances available are blender, crock pot, and toaster. A 3 person table set up which may be expanded upon request. There is plenty of outside space with an outdoor deck making it perfect in the summer for having your morning coffee, viewing deer in the yard or having a barbecue. Also the yard has a fire place with plenty of seats for campfires. Many games are supplied which may be used in the yard including bocci, can jam, and corn hole. The surrounding area is perfect for long walks, hiking and bike rides. Including a short distance away the kinderhook creek for fishing. Many small lakes are a short drive away which include swimming, boating and fishing. Two kayaks are available for use for additional cost (please inquire). Guest access There is plenty of parking and is free. The apartment has two private entrances, one on the end of the building with a sidewalk going to the entrance and one in the rear off of the deck. Early checkin or late check out is available upon request. Other things to note Please note: Pets are allowed upon notification and acceptance by host. Proof of vaccination is required.
