Exclusive for families or groups of adults, Younger groups are not allowed The space It is a very comfortable and comfortable house on a 600 m2 plot with old trees, 250 meters from the main beach of Paso de la Patria, it is in the Chaqueño neighborhood, close to everything, supermarkets, bakery and etc between 250 and 500 meters from the house, ideal to rest and relax, spend a few days enjoying the beautiful nature of Paso de la Patria, go fishing or simply enjoy a few days of beach, river, sun and nature Other things to note the house is located in a residential area, we appreciate the serenity for rest and we wish you could relax and rest. Events or parties of any kind are not allowed. You can always listen to music without exceeding the decibels allowed and meet with family and friends as long as you do not stay overnight in the house more guests than those allowed(9 nine)
