The space You will sleep sound on the 12" foam mattress (king in the master and 2nd bedroom and a queen in the 3nd bedroom). Large closets with plenty of storage in each bedroom as well as a laundry basket for your use. A ceiling fan is in the master. Home has 60's charm in kitchen with yellow countertops & a golden built-in oven. Kitchen is completely stocked with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, and dual sink. All cookware, dishes, silverware, utensils, and paper products are included as well as a coffee pot, coffee, tea, mugs, sugar, non-sugar sweetner, and creamer. Home has two gathering areas both have a 50 inch TV. Family room has wood paneled walls and a fireplace. The living room has a large dining table that will seat 8 people, a couch, and TV. The hall bath has a separate bathing and dressing area. The 60's charm is present with the golden yellow tub. The bathrooms include large luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a large shaded back yard with a small patio area and a charcoal grill as well as a outside table and seating. The yard is fenced so pets are allowed in this property. There are some gaps in the fencing due to shifting so we can't guarantee that your small pets are 100% secure in the back yard. You will need to watch them closely as small pets could escape through some areas. Location is accessible to major roads and streets. I-55 is just a few minutes away as well as I-220. Interstate I-220 connects to US 49 that travels to Yazoo city or continue on I-220 to Clinton or Vicksburg. Head South on I-55 to go to downtown Jackson and you connect to I-20 East or West as well as US 49 South to Hattiesburg.
