The entire garden level of our home is yours to enjoy, including a bright game room complete with a workspace, a cozy TV room with a gas fireplace, and a convenient kitchenette/bar. Sleep well in the two comfortable bedrooms and enjoy the ample space of the double sink vanity in the full bathroom. Sliding doors open onto our patio and backyard. Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood on the East side of Madison, make our place your home base for your travels. We are one block from a large city park, 3 miles to the Capital City Bike Trail, 10 minutes to Interstates 90 & 94, 13 minutes to the Dane County Airport, and 16 minutes to the UW Campus and the State Capitol. Guest access You can access the entire lower-level guest suite except for the labeled and locked storage and mechanical rooms. Other things to note The front door and entryway are shared spaces. Entering the guest suite requires the ability to navigate steps. We have two cats on the property, which are not allowed in the guest suite.
