Come enjoy Utah in this remodeled bright basement apartment. The location is 30 min away from SLC Airport, 20 min from Little Cottonwood Canyon, and 10 min from Silicon Slopes. If you’re here for work or travel you can enjoy brand-new kitchen appliances, Roku TV w/ Netflix, and Disney Plus. This unit is kid-friendly, we have a playpen and a high chair. My family lives above the unit however, you will have your own private entrance and parking spot. Keyless entry and beautiful views to enjoy. The space The retreat is found around a snowy or grassy pathway around the back of the home, leading to the view of the city. The kitchen and living area is a cozy places to hang out and play games. The kitchen has a small island to cook on and everything you would need to make a meal and eat it too. We've made sure to stock it with a hand mixer, blender, toaster, and coffee maker for your convenience as well as pots and pans for your cooking needs. The entertainment area comes with a 50-inch screen TV and a Boss soundbar to sit back, relax, and watch a show. Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ are included in your stay. The hallway area next to the bathroom and master is equipped with a workstation that includes a large desk and light where you can connect to work or just relax and write your novel. In the folding closets, you will find extra towels and blankets in case you need them. In the closet under the stairs, you will find a high chair and an ironing board in case you want to iron some clothes for a special occasion or a fun night out. The "bunk bedroom" is a very spacious room with a 43-inch TV, Roku, and a view of the Salt Lake Valey. This room has a large walk-in closet where you will find kid toys and a pack-and-play for children that are 3 and younger. There are two full-size beds on the bottom bunks and twin beds on the top. You will also find an extra full-size bed below one of the bunk beds. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and a large comfy reading chair. It is a bright and spacious room to rest. You will find a small safe in the closet to hold your valuables in case you decide to leave them behind. We also placed a fun putting green next to the bed in case you have a hard time shutting your eyes. You can put yourself to sleep. ;) The bathroom comes with a large tub to relax in and a double vanity for convenience. The shower is very spacious. You will find plush towels hanging on the walls along with face towels for your nighttime routine. Outlets are found all throughout Airbnb so you can charge your phones or electronics. Guest access You will have access to the outside space UNDER the large deck. This includes a small bench that oversees the beautiful view of the valley and a patio area with two comfortable outdoor chairs. Feel free to sit or lay on the wooden slats under the deck as well. There is plenty of space to sit or hang out. In the winter there will be snow so come prepared to walk through a little bit of snow when accessing the property. Other things to note There are a few things that are still a bit outdated in this apartment like baseboards, doors, and the bathroom. We're slowly fixing those over time. Sometimes there are issues with the keypad to get into the house. Don't hesitate to let us know if this happens we will have keys for you to find and enter your place. You might here us in the morning around 8:00 am but we usually keep it quite.
