A perfect romantic rendezvous spot or a place to take the kids! This cozy beach cottage is located on a canal with 30’ seawall. Short 3 min walk to beach! Huge pool, private beach, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 3 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & extra bathrooms. The space This charming pineapple themed cottage is walking distance from almost everything! Restaurants, the beach, liquor store, beach goods store, CVS, pizza, Cumberland Farms, post office, ice cream, bait/tackle shop, and bike rentals are all within walking distance! We supply 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and 1 grill. Our master bedroom has one queen sized bed. Our guest bedroom has one full sized bed. And our den has twin sized bunk beds. We have one full bathroom with a nice sized shower stall. We have a washer and dryer in the house! AND we are about 3 houses down from the bath house which has more showers and bathrooms! We have a smart TV with Netflix and cable, and we supply a Bluetooth speaker. Feel free to fish off the dock! All furnishings are brand new 2019, including: beds, couches, pillows, mattresses, tables, TVs, and all decorations! Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and club house. Other things to note The number of guests identified on the reservation are the only overnight guests permitted during the stay. STRICT - NO PARTIES, PETS or guests UNDER 12. The lease holder must be 25 or older and on the premises at all times.
