Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo, backyard is a shared space, and the single car garage spot which can be accessed via the alley behind the property. Other things to note Included in with this space is a single car garage parking space + free street parking 24 hours a day. You can gain access to the property from the garage through the fenced in yard.
