This new cottage in which we wanted to combine charm and modernity is located in Régusse in the Var, village of Provence with all amenities (supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, swimming pool, markets, La Poste, organic grocery store, cafes, restaurants...). Your cottage, with an area of 34 m², is composed of: - a living room with air conditioning and TV, - a fully independent bedroom with double bed with TV, - an attic Mezzanine reached by a staircase with 3 single beds, air conditioning and tv, (+ 20 m² on the additional floor), - a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher, - a shower room with Italian shower, - a large private terrace, out of sight, equipped with garden furniture, - an alfresco air heated hot tub on your intimate terrace, just for you in a spirit of total relaxation… (Jacuzzi available from March 29 to November 3) The accommodation has comfortable amenities to facilitate your holiday: AIR CONDITIONING/ heating, WASHING MACHINE, DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE, OVEN, stove, TV in each room, unlimited WiFi, large TRAMPOLINE . Towels are not provided. You can bring your own or rent them on the spot. Towels: €4 per person (in this case send a reservation request by email). The cleaning fee on the day of your departure is included. An inventory and house rules will be signed on arrival. Please be discreet for the respect and tranquility of the premises and people.
