Apartment has been sound proofed for additional quietness. No other apartments in this up scale neighborhood. Guest access Guests may enjoy the full yard & gardens, patio table w/4 chairs, plus cushioned bench, all near the relaxing zen meditation garden. Other things to note We enjoy pets and will accept up to 2 dogs.....NO CATS please, as other potential guests are allergic to cats.
