On the lower level is a third bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds and a fourth bedroom has the option of being set up as a king bed or two twins. The family room has a queen sleeper sofa with Tempur-Pedic mattress. All bedrooms include TVs with Smart TVs in the great room and family room.
