Country Home on a Hill is peacefully located in the town of New Preston. Centrally located to amazing trails and land preserves with quality eateries, wineries, breweries and shopping. Come wake up to the sounds of birds chirping under the canopy of a majestic Oak tree! The space Lots of local wineries, breweries, farms, hiking trails, lakes, shopping and eateries within miles of the house. Centrally located near grocery and liquor shops. Seasonally there is an Italian cheese truck 1/4 mi. away. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire house to themselves. There is an additional cottage on property that I occasionally stay in as well as rent out. It is a separate structure located beyond main house. Please note that the deck attached to second structure as well as beyond that point are reserved for occupants of that structure and not associated with house.
