Cool Palace is in the basement. There is a big living room outside of this bedroom. The laundry room is also in the basement, as well as the heating and cooling system. The space My house is a single family house with three bedrooms on the second floor and one in the basement. One half bathroom on the first floor and one full bathroom on the second floor. I have both front and back yard with patios. Guest access The guests can use the kitchen, the dining, the washer and dryer, the bathroom on the first floor and the bathroom on the second floor. During your stay I like socializing with my guest, and I also respect their own space. I am here to help. My guest can text or call me if they need to.
