The Villa spreads over three floors and is decorated in traditional Mediterranean style, but modernly equipped. On the ground floor there's a living room with sofa bed, TV / SAT, bathroom with shower and washing machine and a bedroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the basement there is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, large dining area, TV / SAT, radio, CD player. From this area you can reach the sun terrace and the pool. The Villa is fully equipped and has everything you might need for a pleasant vacation: central heating, air conditioning, washing machine, internet access and TV / SAT. Two parking spaces are available 40 m away from the house.
