The home offers amazing up lake views of Lake Chelan, a large private backyard with expansive patio, fire pit, therapeutic hot tub (which can be paired with your playlist), and two fireplaces. In addition we have a two car garage and driveway for parking for four. We are only two houses away from the pick up spot for a ride down to the beach, and one of the pools is a short walk away. This home is kid friendly and includes a play-n-pack, booster seat, wagon, corn hole game, beach toys, and a kids play area in the media room. Just past our large foyer is a bunk room that kids will love (and adults!). It has a full size bed, and three XL twin beds, and adjoining bathroom. Cable TV, an XBOX, and games will provide plenty of entertainment. Each bed has its' own reading light. Further down the hall is the media room with a 75" Framed Smart TV for your gaming and art enjoyment. Teens will enjoy the Playstation 4 pro console (bring your own games), as well as lots of puzzles and board games. Everyone will enjoy the see through fireplace! Play card games or high stakes poker at the game table. A roll up mat for puzzles comes in handy for switching activities. There's also a closet stored with bedding, as well as kids toys (play foods, dishes, books, and a play mat). A mudroom is just off the media room, with lots of storage in a large bookcase. The media room connects to an expansive patio with cozy seating around a fireplace, a place to play corn hole, enjoy the fire pit, and read and relax in the chaise lounges. We've seen deer right behind our house on several occasions. Always a treat! The laundry room completes the downstairs, and is located behind the garage. It has a hanging pole, folding table, and great views of the lake! Upstairs a 20 foot ceiling will greet you, as well as a cozy seating area in front of another Framed Smart TV, seating for up to 10 at a large farmhouse table, and more seating at the kitchen island. The gourmet kitchen has GE Cafe appliances, instant pot, dual coffee maker, waffle maker, kids dishes, and spices and oils. The kitchen is also equipped with a walk in pantry for all your vacation food storage! Family and friends can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and mountains from the deck, while enjoying grilled foods at the patio table for ten. You can also access this deck from the master bedroom. Also upstairs, are an en-suite master bedroom, and two en-suite bedrooms, two with walk in closets, and all with cable TV's. A powder room completes the second floor.
