The space You will get the whole space to yourself which includes a full kitchen with all the gadgets, 2 cell phone charging night stands (you may have to take the case off) in each bedroom with fast charging USB ports in each and outlets and USB ports on the side tables in the living room. Smart TVs are in the bedrooms and living area. Hooks by the front door are convenient for damp towels and wet swim suits. The private porch offers a quiet space to relax, sip your coffee/tea/wine and dine. Guest access There are 3 pools on the property, 2 outdoor and 1 indoor with a hot tub. The indoor pool is open year round 8am to 10pm and the outdoor pools are open the same hours from April 1st to October. Outdoor pools are not heated. Tennis courts, sauna and hot tub as well as access to our semi-private beach are also available for guest enjoyment. Other things to note It's a 5 minute walk to our beach on Port Royal Sound. It is great for exploring and just planting a chair or grabbing a bench and read or relax. You can walk for miles on it. At low tide, you can walk way out. At high tide and the waves come all the way up to the beach. The beach grass has filled in behind our breakwater boulders and what was once a sandbar has become an all new beachfront, but this is changing all the time. We have a unique setting , but the park just to the left of us is just plain sand. There are many living things (jelly fish, sharks, sting rays, oysters with their sharp shells, etc.) in the sound and for those that are more squirmish, we have 3 wonderful pools here for those that prefer. If you want to swim in the ocean, I highly recommend one of the several public beaches on the Island. The closest and only 5-10 minutes away by car, 15- 20 by bike. In my opinion it's worth the 20 minute car ride to Coligny. There's free parking and they have dressing rooms, showers, shops, restaurants and more. The condo complex (The Spa on Port Royal Sound) is the opposite of Coligny. Secluded-flanked by 2 parks, filled with wildlife and on the end of a dead end street-no hustle and bustle and no shopping within walking distance. If you're looking for rest and relaxation, this is the place.
