Other things to note Bookings of over 30 days are subject to an additional cleaning fee. We do not allow parties of any kind. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Pets are not allowed. Please refrain from loud noises after 10PM. We have concierge services available for your needs. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like us to coordinate a private chef for dinner, salon hair services, luxury car rental, flights, restaurant reservations, event tickets, etc. Posted check-out times are always flexible. We will always try to accommodate your schedule, but we cannot guarantee to meet outside the posted times. Please discuss with us prior if you would like to have an alternate check-in/check-out time. We provide a starter park of consumable items (e.g. toilet paper, soap, paper towels, shampoo, etc.) If you are a large group or have a long stay, we encourage you to buy additional supplies. Our cleaning standards and sterilization procedures are always at a high standard. However, we do offer additional COVID-19 certified cleaning for an extra charge. Please inquire if interested.
