The 3rd floor has a play space with books, toys, and with a 60" TV! Guest access The entire 3 floor detached house is yours! The main living area features an open concept floor plan with an 8 seat dining room table and bar stools for 6. The living room has leather couches, down pillows, and a 50" TV that is perfect for cozying up and watching a movie. We've even left a few family favorite board games such as UNO, monopoly, scrabble, etc. out for you to enjoy! The ground level patio has a 5 seat outdoor sectional which gets fantastic shade in the afternoon and overlooks the pools and sea. The ground floor bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite that's perfect for guests not wanting to use stairs. The 2nd floor has a queen bed guest room and detached bathroom as well as a large king bed master with a 48" TV and an ensuite featuring a jacuzzi tub and double sinks. The second floor bedrooms also share a balcony with a table, umbrella, and chairs for 4 with fantastic ocean views. The top floor bedroom is almost 500sf with an ensuite bathroom. This space has two queen beds and also a queen air mattress/raised bed for additional guests. This space has a play space with a 60" TV and game consoles, perfect for kids and teens on a rainy day.
