The villa is located inside a private condominium in front of the beach, a giant pool and everything you need to have a good time. It is perfect if you need some days with your family or friends away from the city. The space The villa includes a full equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV and a space in the terrace. The villa already counts with everything that you need to cook, all you need to bring is food and included in the price is a housemaid, that will help with the cleaning and cooking from 8AM to 5PM. There is cable television, a DVD and a variety of movies that you can watch. There are also table games, including: Mimica, jenga and rummikub. Guest access The condominium has a pool of 1900 square meters, and awarded as one of the most beautiful pools in Guatemala. It has a private beach and beach beds that are perfect for reading a book or sleeping with a great view. Not included: - Catering service for when you don't feel like cooking and perfect if you want to try the seafood Monterrico is known for. Other things to note The condominium has a set of rules, every guest needs to follow to assure a good time for everyone. - All guests will need to show id when entering the residential area. - Parties are not allowed - The use of swimsuit is mandatory at all times in the pool and beach - Pets are not allowed - Please shower before entering the pool to remove oils and sand. - Food and beverages are not allowed inside the pool. - Hang clothes or towels in the balcony its not allowed.
