Best sunsets in town, easy access to the water, or "the front yard" as we like to call it, and all the conveniences of town without the traffic. Grocery stores within 10 -15 minute walking distance. This is not an "investment property", but our home. The space Down By The Seaside is a former duplex, and is now a spacious, fully equipped home. Spend the day in the water, then rinse off under the outdoor shower, or lounge in the shade of our large front porch providing you with panoramic views of the shoreline and water. This home is at the end of Tarpum Bay, literally where the road ends, providing you with undisturbed views, and access to the Sea. We provide 2 queen beds, 2 full beds and 2 twin beds which sleep 10 comfortably. One bedroom is on the first floor with its own bathroom, designed to make it easier for our guests where steps or stairs is a challenge or cannot be navigated (it's a half bath, and such a guest could use the outdoor shower and never go up stairs during their stay). We do NOT have air conditioning! We cool the house with fans in each room, and whole house fans on each side. Take in the cool breeze off the water and listen to the sounds of the Sea, birds and other wildlife. Guest access Enjoy the sunset while you grill fish over a wood fire that you can purchase down at the local dock from the fisherman within walking distance of the house. Travel out into the bay on a kayak, or stay closer to shore and snorkel in our front yard. Other things to note We have 2 full baths, 2 half baths and an outdoor shower with hot water.
