We invite you to visit our country house located just 90 minutes from Santiago, a perfect place to connect with nature, rest and taste our artisanal, organic and biodynamic wines. Below the house is the winery where we make our wines, a very small production that is only sold in the best restaurants in Santiago and the world. The house is located in the middle of our vineyards, and with a majestic view of the Andes Cordillera. The space Viña TIPAUME is a boutique , family, organic and biodynamic, ecological and sustainable vineyard. It is located 119 km south of Santiago between Rosario and Rengo. Our house is located in the middle of the vineyard and is surrounded by a large garden with trees, plants and flowers. Under the house is built the gravitational winery where our wines TIPAUME, GREZ and SOUS LA TERRE are vinified and rested. The family home has two independent lofts, each with a piece with a double bed, private bathroom and an American kitchen area with a minibar, microwave and a living room. The whole house has a WIFI signal. In addition in the garden there is a quincho with wood and charcoal grill to make roasts and a comfortable terrace to rest and enjoy the landscape and disconnect from the world. We offer a Tour with tasting of our wines, which costs $40,000 pesos for our guests. The Tour consists of a walk through the vineyards and explanation of Biodynamics, and then a tasting of 2 wines in our underground cellar. The tasting is accompanied by some things to eat (bread, nuts, etc.). This is booked on the same day of arrival and has limited availability. It can be paid with cash, bank transfer or directly by Airbnb. We accept dollars. Breakfast: It is included in the price and will be served between 8am and 10am in the morning. CHECK-IN: 3:00 pm please confirm check-in time. CHECK-OUT: 12 noon To Eat: We recommend 3 excellent restaurants which are more than 10 kilometers away. "Entre Rios", "El Encuentro" and "Juan y Medio". They are all on the edge of Route 5 South. If you also want to buy a bottle the prices are $40,000 for Tipaume, $45,000 for Grez and $50,000 for Sous la Terre. To Buy: The nearest supermarket is Tottus, in the center of Rengo, and just 10 kilometers from the vineyard. It is a large supermarket where you can find everything you need and a wide variety of products. There are smaller shops that can be accessed on foot, but with limited product diversity. More Vines to Visit: We recommend in order of proximity: Torreón de Paredes (Rengo), Chateau Los Boldos (Requinoa), Altair (Requinoa), Anakena (Requinoa), Vik (San Vicente). Santa Cruz You can also visit the vineyards in Santa Cruz, for which you can reach by car easily and take at least 1 hour. It can also be accessed by Bus from Rengo, buses depart every day and last 1:45 hour. More to Know: Independent of the religious inclination, we totally recommend visiting the ancient Monastery of Benedictinas de Rengo (Monastery of the Assumption of Santa María), which is 6.5 kilometers from the vineyard. This monastery dates from the year 1770! And it is really a heritage treasure not only of the region but of Chile. National playgrounds: The Rio los Cipreses National Reserve is spectacular and worth knowing, although you have to contemplate a whole day to go and back. The park is located 65 kilometers from the vineyard. Termas de Cauquenes This is an excellent option if you're looking to relax. Hot springs, spa, massages, all that you find in one place. It is very close to the Rio Los Cipreses National Park. "Park in the Air" 42 km from the vineyard is this park that offers different activities for the whole family, such as Climbing, Arborism (movement between trees), Canopy, etc. Tagua Astronomical Center Tagua Located in the town of Tagua Tagua, less than 40 kilometers from the vineyard, it is an excellent place to explore space and see planets and stars.
