Waterfront home on Canadarago Lake. 12 miles, 15 minutes from Cooperstown and the world famous Baseball Hall of Fame! The space Open plan, contemporary styled home with huge decks. 3 bedrooms- 1 king, 2 queens and 2 twins. Home has 2 flat screen televisions w/basic cable and streaming service. 3 a/c units. Kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, blender, coffee makers, slow cooker and toaster. Propane barbecue grill. Guest access Entire home with spacious yard and lake frontage. Guests assume responsibility for their own safety in and around the lake. Please do not leave children unattended at anytime. Life vests are provided as well as some water shoes, we encourage you to bring your own. We provide 3 adult sized kayaks. No boats of any kind are to be rented or moored to our dock at any time, such activity may produce damage to our dock and the houses water lines. Other things to note Our home's water is supplied by Canadarago Lake and is UV treated and filtered. While our lake is one of the cleanest in New York state, it is not particularly tasty. We have a bottled water unit in the kitchen for drinking and cooking. We supply bath paper, paper towels, bathing & dish soaps, garbage bags, coffee filters, bed linens & bath towels. There is no landline phone, cell service is sufficient. We truly try to provide an honest and pleasant environment, in return we expect the same from our guests. Please do not over occupy our home with more occupants than stated on the rental agreement, either daily or overnight.
