Completely remodeled beach house. The house has bedroom capacity for 15 people, 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with air conditioning and wifi. It’s area is about 15000 ft2 and it’s right in front of the beach @ Costa del Sol, one of the best beaches in our coast. The house has a caretaker which will help you get set up and take care of you while you stay, also his wife will help you with cleaning and and cooking. (Cooking is not a service included but you can arrange that with caretakers). The space The house has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with capacity for fifteen people, with air conditioning and wifi. Parking Space can accommodate eight vehicles on the main area, but we can hold up to 25. Kitchen is setup for 30 people in regards to plates, cups, silverware, etc etc. It has a small kitchen stove with six burners and an oven, and also a toaster oven and microwave, as well as a blender and coffee maker and a bbq (which caretaker will help you get setup and fire-started). It is also equipped with two fridges, and a freezer, perfect for those long vacations. The house has an outside terrace area or ranch we could say, where you can setup the tv and the hammocks and a small living room setup is placed for you to hang out as well in front of the pool. The pool, has a kiddy area where you can set the pool table (literally) and have your drinks and appetizers, and also a small waterfall. It also has benches on the sides so you can sit down below the beach umbrella and just sip your drink watching the beach. The house also has another beachside terrace where the table is usually setup for you to have your meals right beside the beach. If you want to spend part of the day on the beach, you can ask the caretaker to place the canopy for you and also the cooler and chairs for you and your family. Also, we have reflectors turned on at night and you can spend some time after hours with a nice bonfire and Jose will be looking out for you and your friends in case you need anything. The house has 60MB of dedicated wifi, perfect for netflix and also for our amazon firestick that has an app where you can watch ALL Directv Channels in HD. Guest access Guests can use the complete house, 15000 ft2. Other things to note Swimming the ocean at night is not recommended. You can freely hangout at the beach after dark, as the property is equipped with reflectors that will keep enough lightning so that fun can continue after hours. The area is very secure and the care taker will help watch after you and your family so that you can unwind.
