Only 30 minutes from the capital, the entire house is furnished with modern and comfortable amenities. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE (OUTSIDE IS ALLOWED) ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! However you can smoke freely outside and ensure you dispose of the remains properly. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. EXTRA GUESTS Any extra guests who overnight at the property must pay an extra fee of US30.00 per night USAGE OF POWER Kindly turn off fans and air conditioners when leaving the property and kindly keep doors and windows closed when the air con units are in use.. Electricity usage is ver expensive. the average daily usage is US 12.00 estimated. This amount is already included in your booking and for your length of stay with us. Any excess occurred during your stay will have to be settled by you. Most guests do not end up paying any extra. Water and energy consumption is what we practice. Thank you for your consideration.
