No additional cleaning fees!! **New for 2024: energy-efficient, quiet Mitsubishi heat pump and mini-splits for heating and cooling.** The space Combination large, first floor sitting room-bedroom with queen bed, which leads directly into eat-in kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator-freezer, electric kettle and toaster. Selection of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and breakfast bars provided. Small adjoining bathroom. **Available upon request: additional private sleeping area on second floor with double futon; second floor accessed by interior stairs in suite.** Guest access in warmer months, there is a small patio table with chairs right outside the suite and additional seating in the backyard for our guests. Other things to note The hosts have been vaccinated five or more times against COVID-19 with the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines. We do extra stringent cleaning before and after each stay. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol and we provide extra cleaning supplies, so our guests can clean and disinfect surfaces during their stay. We ask confirmed guests to cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before the check in time if they have a temperature and other COVID-19-related symptoms. Note that the inside of the suite is for the sole use of the individuals who have reserved the suite. Airbnb guests are welcome to use the side and back yards to visit with up to three other friends or relatives at a time.
