Located about 30 miles west of San Antonio’s famous Riverwalk in the historic town of Castroville, this split-level house offers 3 private suites. The host lives on site in a separate structure and is available if needed. All guests must be registered; no events or parties, no entertaining of visitors. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, cookware and eating utensils. There is free wi-fi access throughout the property. Each bedroom suite is equipped with a king size bed, smart TV, window blinds, ceiling fan, clean linens, towels and toiletries. The Lower Ground Level suite has a king size bed and futon. The adjacent bonus room has a twin bed. The private in-room bathroom has a jetted tub to melt your stress away. The main suite located half a floor above the common kitchen/living/dining area contains a king size bed, balcony with views of the front yard and blackout drapes. The bathroom is located on the same floor at the end of the hall and has a shower and sitting area. The Penthouse suite has a king size bed, private in-room bathroom with shower and a balcony with views of the deck and Medina Valley. Guest access Take a walk in the three acres which the property sits on. There is a second rental on the property in a separate structure.
