Our private guest suite on the second floor offers a jacuzzi tub, clear views of the stars and sky, and WiFi for those who need to stay connected. Nestled on 20 acres of land, our rental boasts a plethora of amenities including a hot tub, pool, sauna, and nature walks. Guests can also enjoy kayaking on Little Barton Creek, bird watching, and spotting deer on the property. The space The Guest Suite is located on the second floor of the detached garage. You will be able to park one vehicle in the garage and come and go as you wish. There is a private gated entrance. This Guest Suite contains a FULL kitchen with a FULL size refrigerator, microwave, range/oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, blender, all the items you need to feel like you are home! The tub/shower is jetted and has a rain head shower. You have access to your own outdoor dining space with an umbrella and chairs, enjoy a morning coffee after or before a gorgeous hike. We have two Light Up Travel Hammocks for use during your stay, RELAX on our property and enjoy the tranquility. This Villa may seem pricey compared to other properties in the area, but it honestly can not be compared to ANYTHING in the area. You will enjoy it many times over any other. As one guest recently said; "It's like a resort, without the people". Guest access While you are on the property you will have access to bird and wild life watching. We have seen Painting Buntings, Foxes, Wild Turkey, White Tail Dear, Road Runners, etc. on the property. You can also go hiking, fishing, practice Yoga, etc. At night you can star gaze or enjoy a nice time around the fire pit (if we don't have a fire ban). Grill your food and eat in the middle of nature. Guests can stay on the property and enjoy free activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, as well as shared (with owners) use of the pool. Please be aware that there are additional fees for the use of the hot tub and sauna and for PRIVATE use of the pool. (We only have one Guest Suite) Please remember that Mother Nature has an effect on the water levels. We will be happy to inform you of them. We are pet friendly. Additional fees apply.
