The space Step into the open family living space with the beautiful stoned gas fireplace right in the center of the house and cozy up in the fall months with ample seating so you can enjoy the company you're with. Or enjoy the sweater weather and warm up by the chimenea fireplace right on the spacious deck. Be sure to be on the lookout, for there is a good chance you'll see a bald eagle soaring over the river, as they often nest right across the way. In the summer months enjoy fishing, kayaking and hiking, without even leaving the property. Or just anchor yourself on a raft right off the private beach area. Views and access to the river our property offers, highlighted with the newly built, extra spacious Trex deck, is a truly unique rental you won't find anywhere else. There is plenty of seating for all your loved ones on the deck with gated entrances for those pups that sometimes wander. Or sneak to the side the deck and relax on the lounge chairs under the beautiful tree that provides the perfect amount of breeze and shade. There is also new Weber grill, always ready for use, for those perfect summer BBQ sunsets. There is so much our property has to offer, but we highly recommend also exploring the hamlet of Narrowsburg with its beautiful Main Street that has notable restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and art galleries, just 2 miles down the road. We will be happy to provide extensive information upon booking on all the town and its surroundings has to offer. Guest access Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in one of our four bedrooms , all provided with sheets, blankets and most importantly comfortable mattresses. Kitchen is fully equipped with a large island in the center to gather, plenty of counter space to make delicious meals or maybe just unwrap take out from one of the many delicious restaurants we have close by. Enjoy dining indoors at the large farmhouse table or take it outside and step right through the sliding glass doors to our spacious deck. You'll have access to the 2 kayaks we have sitting on the private pathway to the river, lawn games such as Kan Jam, Croquet, Bocce Ball and Wiffle Ball are there for your use. We have a ping pong in the covered garage in case of a rain shower, extra lawn chairs to sit on at the rivers edge or by the fire pit while roasting marshmallows at night. The washer and dryer in the basement is accessible during your entire stay, and an outdoor hose for those that would rather just hose off the wet bathing suits from the day in the river. Other things to note We welcome dogs on a case by case basis. We have fast speed Wi-Fi, DISH Satellite and a dedicated work space for those unfortunate situations where you have to connect to the outside world. There is a private driveway with plenty of parking for all your loved ones.
