There is a FULL flight of stairs to access the Blue Moose Studio as it is situated with its own entrance above attached garage. For those with severe allergies, please note: There are pets in the main house. There is no stove in the unit, however there is a hot plate burner. A love seat, large chair and office chair are options for seating. You can cozy up to the two top table in the kitchen for your meals, and enjoy writing those personal notes at the oak flip down writing desk. We have had to experience traveling for decades and have made this place comfortable without the clutter. And it is BEYOND clean. We strive to have a spotless environment for you. We launder EVERYTHING, not just sheets and pillow cases. ALL blankets and comforters are washed EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. without exception! You'll have plenty of snacks. Only for use while here. Please don't stock your home pantry out of ours. The snacks and drinks are a treat for all guests. The area is spacious and you won't feel cramped. The ceilings are 10 ft high and the layout and design setup is focused on comfort. If you need additional sleeping spaces, please let us know and we'll provide a blow up mattress. Guest access Feel free to walk down the road and enjoy any critters that may cross paths with you. You're likely to see deer, rabbits, wild turkey, and some neighbor cats and dogs that will love a quick scratch behind the ear. OCCUPANCY LIMITS – No more than 2 adults will occupy the property at any one time throughout your stay. (ie. NO PARTIES) SELF CHECK-IN – You understand that this is a Self-Check In and you agree that you are willing and capable of checking yourself into the property without assistance. (As a reminder, there are stairs required to access the Studio) BREAKFAST LIMITS: Should you choose to book the Blue Moose Studio for more than a week, the discounted price also takes into account that we will not be providing breakfast items. This also applies for Monthly Rates with Discounts as well. HOUSE MANUAL: You agree to not contact your HOST before reading your HOUSE MANUAL is also provided at the desk in the unit. AVOID ADDITIONAL CHARGES: This is a NO SMOKING property: (This goes for Cigarettes, Cigars, Marijuana, Vaping etc.) If the property was smoked in, there will be a $500 / cost added to your stay. This is a NO PET property: If any animal is brought into the property, there will be a $100 / day added charge to your stay. By staying here, you acknowledge that there are multiple outside cameras throughout the property. This is for your safety as well as ours. There is an electronic keypad for entry.
