Please note: Beach and Pool are closed after Labor Day. Lake is open for fishing with a PA fishing license! We receive a maximum of 8 passes for the amenities. We're minutes from Jack Frost/Big Boulder ski resorts, indoor water park, Jim Thorpe, Paintball, Hickory Run State Park, outlet stores and more! We're also a pet friendly home. The space Guests MUST provide their own bed linens, blankets, bath towels, & paper products. This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms + loft, 2 full baths, plus a large game room with pool table, ping pong table, air hockey and shuffle board table. Flat screen TVs in game room, living room (65"), and all 3 bedrooms. High speed wireless Internet throughout the house. Smart TV in living room and Roku boxes in game room and two bedrooms where you can log into your own accounts. DVD player in bunk bedroom. This home is equipped with all modern furniture plus everything else you'll need. The Living Room has a cozy gas fire place & new sectional sofa which can sleep one or two. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with all newer appliances and includes pots, pans, utensils & coffee pot. A sliding glass door leads out to a large deck with patio furniture and gas grill. Big yard is perfect for horse shoes, volleyball or a game of whiffle ball (yard games not provided). There are 3 beautiful bedrooms with plenty of room, all have ceiling fans plus baseboard heaters with individual thermostats. Temperatures are typically 8-10 degrees cooler than Phila./NY. Pets must be disclosed and discussed with the owner prior to booking. Other things to note Minimum age to rent this home is 23 and maximum number of guests is 10. High school and college groups are not permitted. Host may require photo ID from guest to confirm age. There is a strict no party policy that will be enforced. If Towamensing Trails security gets called to the home, you will be subject to a $1,000 fine and your trip may be canceled at the host's discretion. Please note: One exterior flood light/ring camera is located at the front of our home facing the street for security purposes. Important note: Towamensing Trails does not have curbside trash pickup so you will be required to bring your trash bags to the trash/recycle center before you leave.
