Payne Jailhouse Bed and Breakfast Guest House
Our property was once owned by Bill Payne, Chief of Police from 1926-1950. Bill decided in the early 40's to add on to the back of the residence to facilitate keeping those incarcerated overnight. That space is now our kitchen. Our Guest House sits directly behind that kitchen and once was the garage for the police car. A second story was added in the early 50's and now belongs to the kitchenette and two of our rooms. (Pacific and European) Our Caribbean Suite is on the main level. The space There are ample outdoor spaces to enjoy including a paver with fire pit and umbrella with LED lights for a nice evening ambiance. There is a nice cedar pergola next to the fire pit area. Also, there is a large porch on the second level that offers a comfy place to sit and sip your favorite beverage. Guest access There is a wonderful pocket park connected to our yard. Guests are welcome to enjoy that space.
