Our apartment is nestled by coffee, cinnamon & bayleaf trees & a garden. Your health is our focus, so we provide a hygienic environment, a surplus of cleaning supplies & the adjacent village playing field for jogging. Your day will include exciting tours of the East Coast & the Nature Island. Get up, breathe, indulge #villageluxury The space Guest have full access to two cool and spacious bedrooms both with queen size beds, and shared areas of a bathroom, kitchenette, patio, a small common space and large yard outside with a garden that we just cultivated. Our palms are growing beautifully. Soon guests will be able to experience savory cuisine from farm to table, once our garden is fully grown. The entire property is at one level, no steps are needed to enter and access is easy from one room to another. Patio furniture is readily available but guests are required to keep them stored inside the apartment when they are away from the property or when checking out. One of our main sustainable features is back up water which is stored in a concrete tank outside the building but solar will be slowly incorporated. We can't wait to see you check in and connect with others to share your experiences. Dominica is one of the safest islands in the Caribbean. The apartment is well kept inside out for your comfort and hygienic experience. We have enhanced our cleaning policy to ensure a high level of hygiene. Hand sanitizers, disinfectant sprays and wipes are located throughout the apartment. Additional towels for frequent changing are available for your comfort and safety. There are small convenient shops in the village so you can help yourself to basic food items. Some bars may also have a weekend barbecues, local food feasts and domino competitions! Other things to note The apartment is located 50 minutes driving from the city of Roseau and 1 hour 10 minutes from the Douglas Charles Airport. Both of these routes pass through Pond Casse, a central highlight in the interior of the island. After driving through the interior and you get to the Pond Casse roundabout from the main airport, please turn East and continue driving past Rosalie Resort and Riviere Cyrique until you take a sharp right uphill to the quiet village of Morne Jaune. If entering from the Roseau Ferry Terminal or Canefield Airport, take the Imperial Road until you get to the Pond Casse roundabout and continue eastwards. Additionally, a health center with nurse is located in Rivière Cyrique and a mini hospital with doctor and police station are located in La Plaine
