This gorgeous 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house ( king upstairs and queen downstairs) has a HUGE fenced in yard. The deck is perfect, with a large pool, and outside kitchen with bar and gazebo, an outside shower and a screened in porch for when you want to get out of the sun. There is a separate bunk room that sleeps 4 in bunkbeds with its own bathroom/shower. It is our paradise! TV available in main house with WIFI throughout. TV is run through WIFI. You do need a golf cart for the home. We are a 10 min walk to Abaco Inn, a 2 min walk to Mackeys take out. You can drive to Firefly in 5 min and a ride into Hopetown is about 15 min. The house itself it about 950 square feet and the bunk house is about 300square feet. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and you can walk to one of the best beaches on the island and the best surfing spots in the Bahamas. Guest access The whole House!! And the large fenced in yard around the house. The house is also privately gated . Washer/Dryer included with 10 days stay and longer. It is Locked. No usage unless previously discussed with owner. There is a laundry service around the corner that you can pay to do your laundry or have your laundry done for you...Called The laundry Shack Other things to note washer/dryer usage allowed for guests staying more than 10days. Check in and out on SUNDAYS has an extra 200$ fee associated with it. Please note that this is due to our property manager and their day off Home does have WIFI No Pets allowed Pleaser remember that this home has been regutted after Dorian.
