Molina's Beach House is the perfect place to enjoy with your family or friends, it has 5 rooms (14 beds) spread over two houses. The space Hello, my name is Juan and I want to tell you that my parents (Vicente and Sara) bought the land a couple of months after I was born. First they built the pool and ranch, a couple of years later they built the two houses. We enjoyed our beach house for many years, we went every weekend to enjoy with family and friends. We also spent many holidays in Semana Santa, Agosto and Fiestas Navideñas. In 2021, with my potatoes we decided it was time for you to be able to enjoy our beach house. On our ranch you can find two identical houses separated by a fountain that refreshes the property. In the house that was my grandmothers house you will have three bedrooms available and in my parents' house two. All rooms have A/C that they can use at certain times. In addition to the rooms, the houses have their own kitchen, living room, and breakfast room. In addition to the houses, guests can enjoy our private pools and ranch pools and ranch where you can find a couple of hammocks, chairs, tables, kitchen and two bathrooms with their own shower. Other things to note On the beaches of El Salvador, it is difficult to have access to drinking water and the Costa del Sol is no exception. Therefore, we suggest guests bring enough water to drink and prepare their own food.
