This house is part of the historic 'Pecketts on Sugar Hill' estate, site of the 'First Ski School The house has a large dining area and living room, four bedrooms, two full baths with heated tile flooring, newly renovated kitchen with all amenities and is a tastefully appointed house. The classic fireplace is wonderful to sit in front of on a cold winter night after a great day of skiing. Bird watching, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, hiking, antiquing, museums including the Sugar Hill museum, the Robert Frost homestead and Polly's Pancake Parlor are some of the great things to do in the surrounding areas. It's a wonderful house to relax with family and friends. We will be available upon your arrival and during your stay. You will need a car as there is no public transportation. This charge will be added to the reservation. ***From 12/15/17-3/31/18, we require a seasonal rental for the Winter Ski Season. Renters are responsible for all utilities for any time period longer than 28 days and these will be billed monthly. (Utilities: oil, gas, electric and cable/internet). There is a 9% tax already included in the rates.
