We highly recommend you buy bottled water from the grocery store to use for drinking and cooking during your stay. A 5 gallon bottle costs around $6.00. - Please be aware that the typical construction in El Salvador, especially at the beach is concrete and tile flooring which tends to be slippery, please dry your self when exiting the pool/beach and before entering the house to avoid any slip and fall.
