The space The grounds at Belmont Estate consist of an elegant 2 bedroom manor, with two separate guest cottages, as well as a pool and decking area with large, manicured tiered gardens. The estate has been restored to retain its original elegance, while enjoying all modern luxuries and conveniences. It features contemporary and custom-built furnishings, hardwood floors, and high ceilings throughout. Belmont House sleeps 4 (master King bedroom, and second bedroom with two twins or second King). Both bedrooms are located upstairs and have en-suite bathrooms, and there is a additional full bathroom on the ground floor which also contains a washer and dryer. On the ground floor, there is also a modern kitchen with all the required appliances is on hand to service the spacious formal dining room with seating for eight, as well as a large living room, offering dramatic views of the bay. The two cottages at Belmont Estate are both studio-style and contain King bedrooms, with en-suite bathroom facilities. Whilst they do not contain a full kitchen, a small fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and tea kettle are provided for these suites.
