There is always the potential for a temporary outage in services like internet, as the lines are strung through the jungle. Occasional power outages can happen out here. We are not a resort; we are an authentic jungle hideaway. Wildlife surrounds you, and the monkeys and birds are heard and seen throughout the day (and night). If you have never heard a Howler Monkey, go watch Jurassic Park. They were the sound used as dinosaur sounds in the movie. Bugs live in the jungle. They are just a way of life around here, so bring bug spray if desired.
