Located 35 minutes from the MBJ airport, 1 hour from Ocho Rios and 10 minutes from Falmouth which gives quick access to adventures, cultural enriching experience and our famous heritage township destination, alongside our cruise port that host some of the world's largest cruise ship. The space Giving a sense of belonging, our rooms are fully air-conditioned, light, airy and spacious, while having free Wifi available, smart TV in both bedrooms rooms, and living area. Each room has it's own private bathroom attached. Enjoy our home as you will have it all to yourself with a fully funcationable kitchen to prepare your meals and a dining table to set.There is also free parking available on the property, with all of these your stay will be cozy and an unwinding. Guest access Everyone with a confirmed reservation has access to our home. One to two (1-2) guest will occupy one bedroom only and to have the second bedroom, an additional charge of US $30 per person per night for up to four persons per reservations is required. Access to the community and all that the complex has to offer, will include but not be limited to; community park, it's playground, basketball court and football field. Only guest that have a confirmed booking is allowed on the complex. Everyone with a confirmed reservation has access to our home. Visitors that is visiting pass 10 pm will be considered an additional individual and will require a fee. Other things to note Safety Features: The property is equipped with security cameras for your peace of mind. Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi caters to both leisure and work needs. Laundry Facilities: An in-house washer adds to the convenience of your stay. Local Attractions: Discover nearby attractions like Burwood Beach, Martha Brae River, and Glistening Waters Lagoon. Nearby Convenience: Just 25 minutes from Montego Bay airport for easy travel. Be aware that water and electricity outages in our is rare but can occur. Our property has a reserve of over 700 gallons of water but currently no backup power. A procurement is in place for it and will be installed in the near future. Our hot water is solar powered, and the water temperature can be disrupted in case of per longed weather. Only guests on the reservation are allowed to stay at the property.
