See Get Close to Nature - Bushbaby Cottage and a Bibi's Cottage The Stables is a new private self-contained cottage which were stables but as we no longer have horses recently converted part of the stable block into a cottage with one large bedroom, bathroom with glass walk in shower, a full kitchen with teak breakfast counter and open plan living area with extremely comfy couch, tv and desk. large teak double stable doors open onto a private garden teaming with birdlife. A patio offers lots of outdoor living space with comfortable chairs, a swinging chair and outdoor fireplace. Guest access You are welcome to wander around the farm and help yourself to organic vegetables from the vegetable garden or read a book in the hammock under the trees, admire the beautiful gardens and views of Mt Meru and Kilimanjaro. Go for a walk on the estate and have a unique opportunity to get very close to a variety of antelope, zebra and animals. You can also hire a mountain bike and explore the area. Play golf at the 18 hole magnificent Kilimanjaro Golf Course in the south of the estate. Watch polo and meet members of the community at the Polo Club Other things to note This is a self-catering property - I will provide a starter pack with fresh farm eggs, tea/coffee - condiments, cleaning materials etc. Suggest you stop at Leganga Supermarket or Rotterdam-Market One which is in Usa River the nearby town (5km away) to buy the groceries you will require as there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. I will happily buy any groceries you may need if you do not have the opportunity to go shopping before arriving at the cottage. I can also arrange airport transfers and advise on safaris - one day safaris to Tarangire National Park, Arusha National Park and Kilimanjaro.
