The beach is also the best place to see the sunset. A beautiful mangrove forest is 15mins walk away where you can see mudskipper skidding across the water. Those who wish to spend some time on a more energetic beach with a party vibe, Paje is only 15mins of dala-dala (public minivan) away! There is a grocery store right across Sagando Bungalows where you can get necessities like sunscreen, shampoo, snacks, bottled water etc from. A local bar is only minutes of walk away. We also have a small library where guests are welcomed to borrow books from, and an in-house masseuse ready to provide you affordable massages to loosen you up. On top of that, we also provide excursions, day trips and tours, like dolphin tour, spice tour, snorkeling trips, sunset cruise and much more! Take a [510] dala-dala to [Mwanakwerekwe] at Karume Road (5mins walk from Dharajani Market, opposite Kisiwandui Primary School) for 400TSH. 2. Once reach Mwanakwerekwe Market, take a [340] dala-dala to [Michamvi], it should cost you 3000TSH and takes roughly 1.5hrs. *Some con artists might try to charge you extra 2000TSH for your luggage, in this case, simply say that you will pay once the dala-dala leaves the station* 3. Once you reach Michamvi terminal, Sagando Hostel & Bungalows is only 10mins walk away, search 'Sagando Hostel' on Gooogle maps and look for directions or simply ask a local for help.
